4 Tuesday nights - Starts on 10 February from 7-9pm
Learn to prepare a range of delicious Italian dishes, make your own pasta and sauces and an Italian dessert. Please bring a pasta machine if you have one, some will be provided. If you have dietary requirements please contact us to confirm that we can accommodate your needs, before you enrol.
Fees: NZ$140 - Fee includes ingredients
This course will teach you how to make fresh pasta’s such as fettucine, and ravioli and sauces to go with them, risottos, perfect pizza’s, Torta Caprese and biscotti.
